Ingleby Eriksson Pistachio Processing Plant

Constructed in just 6 months, the Ingleby Eriksson pistachio processing plant resembles new heights in nut processing, innovation, and design. This beautiful 40 acre facility was designed and built to process 15 million pounds of pistachios annually, but master planned through engineering and permitting to allow for future growth. In collaboration with our sister design company, we performed project and construction management services while being the engineer of record for this project.

Meeting Environmental and Economic Demands

The Eriksson Pistachio Plant utilizes an innovative wastewater recycle loop, significantly reducing the volume of fresh water needed for processing pistachios.

The plant conveyors were designed to optimize dryer operating efficiency, as the ratio of floaters to sinkers changes as the harvest season nears its end.
